We LOVED this summer wedding. Everything was great! The weather, the food, the people, and more! Amanda and Chris were a blast to work with and we are so happy to share a little bit about them and show off their beautiful photos! These guys met in high school. Just starting as friends, they developed a little more than just a friendship. We are so happy we got to be a part of their wedding day. Check out their engagement session here! (CLICK ME)!

Amanda and her bridesmaids (as well as Chris and his groomsmen) looked amazing! Amanda’s dress, from One Fine Day in Fort Wayne, had a beautiful, white lace top and unique criss-cross satin straps in the back. The bottom of the dress was absolutely princess worthy – all tulle and full of charm! (Show stopper for sure). Her bridesmaids wore a variety of styles and colors – all different shades of purples and mauves. These dresses, paired with the groomsmens’ navy suits and bow ties, looked so sharp together! Chris, a Channing Tatum look alike, looked very sharp as well! We love a good color palette on wedding days, and these guys’ nailed it for sure! The whole look was topped with gorgeous flowers. Even the arch at the ceremony was covered in big floral arrangements and greenery! Seriously, everything was gorgeous!

Amanda and Chris’ ceremony and reception were at Sylvan Cellars. We love when events for the wedding day are all at one location – We feel it takes a great amount of stress off the bride and the planning! The ceremony was outside the event center in the apple orchard. The weather for the day could not have been more beautiful – sunny and perfectly warm, topped with puffy white clouds. The reception was in the event center of the Cellars. This beautiful, rustic venue was perfect for Amanda and Chris’s big day. We’re always pumped to take pictures here!

After the ceremony, we took pictures in the apple orchard and around various other parts of Sylvan Cellars. We wanted to do something extra creative since we are in the thick of our wedding season. We proposed using smoke bombs for some portrait shots and Amanda and Chris gave us the okay! We are so happy with how those photos turned out and thankful that we get to work with such awesome brides and grooms!

Everyone just had a blast at the reception. We’re talking homemade cookies from Grandma, a choreographed dance from the Amanda and her bridesmaids for Chris, and inflatable guitars to top off the incredible night! There were just so many personal elements that made the night so awesome. Everyone (and us too) had a blast celebrating the marriage of Amanda and Chris. What a special day!
