You got to see day 1 of Kristin and Kevin’s wedding… Now here is day 2! Just in case you missed our post about their Sangeet, click here (CLICK ME)! Both days with Kristin & Kevin were a blast! The day started with Kristin and her bridesmaids getting their hair and makeup done at their hotel room. While the girls got ready, we took Kevin and his groomsmen outside for some pictures in their awesome outfits for the Baraat later that afternoon. A Baraat is a really fun tradition in Indian weddings. This is where the groom and his family and friends travel to the wedding site on the wedding day. Specific details with the Baraat can vary. For Kevin, he rode in a carriage pulled by a white horse and danced with friends and family! It was quite the celebration! During this time, Kristin and her girls had relocated to the church to finish getting ready. Kristin was helped into her beautiful blush white gown by her mom. The dress’s detail was suburb – It fit Kristin’s sparkly personality completely. When the Baraat ended, it was ceremony time! Kevin and his groomsmen changed into suits for the remainder of the wedding day! Kristin and Kevin exchanged rings, kissed, and were married! After the ceremony, we took family and bridal party photos, and of course, snuggled up photos of Kristin and Kevin. You could tell that these two just loved each other so purely – I’m sure anyone who knows them couldn’t agree more! I mean, just look at the photos! They are so comfortable and natural with each other! Every details was simply stunning – the dress, the colors, the smiles, the love, and the flowers too! Rose’s Bouquet’s did a beautiful job crafting the perfect floral arrangements for Kristin and Kevin’s big day.
The reception was held at the Fort Wayne Country Club. Before making their grand entrance, we took these guys out on the green of the golf course for some more photos! We captured nothing but smiles with these two. It was such a beautiful, sunny day – It just added to the love and warmth of these two families. Let us tell you… these two doctors know how to party! The reception was just as sweet as the rest of the day! Their was a sick donut wall with none other than Rise’n Roll Bakery donuts, a beautiful cake, tear filled toasts, and lots and lots of dancing.
By the end of these two days, we felt like we made some good friends. We loved getting to capture this beautiful, colorful wedding. Kristin, Kevin, and their two families were a dream to work with. We hope you guys love your photos – We sure enjoyed taking them. Best of luck to you two!
