Meet Saralyn & Aaron! These two were so fun to work with. We love Indianapolis weddings, so we jump at the chance to shoot them! Saralyn and her bridal party got ready in the morning at home! When it came time to put on her dress, Saralyn’s mom buttoned her in. The delicate lace details and cap-sleeve style of dress (paired with leather boots and a long, high pony tail) matched Saralyn’s sweet and fierce personality perfectly. After getting ready, Saralyn and Aaron had an EPIC first look. What made it even better was the fact that they included both their dogs in it! The sweet embrace and love shared between these two was so fun to capture. The whole day just felt light and easy and natural – everything was personalized and unique to Saralyn and Aaron! Of course, we also took some bridal party shots after the first look. Then we headed to the ceremony spot!
The ceremony and reception were held at Blu Falls Arts and Event Center in Indianapolis. We love when wedding day events are at the same location: less stress for the bride! Not that stress was a problem for Saralyn – She was nothing but happy on this big day! The ceremony location was stunning. The covered wooden platform overlooked a beautiful brook with rocks and lots of greenary. The whole thing was decked out with gorgeous floral arrangements and dreamy white fabric. The cozy location made it an even more romantic spot to get married! And just like that, the two were married!
The reception was just inside from the ceremony location – awesome! Family and guests found their way to their seats and then entered the newly weds! Saralyn and Aaron shared lots of dances, sweet moments with family, and lots laughs. The day included lots of dogs, a golf cart ride or two, and a marriage that is surely to last a lifetime. We loved having the opportunity to capture this awesome day for you guys. Best of wishes to you both!
