Introducing Alexis and Matt!
Alexis and Matt met at Purdue University in Lafayette during their college years and have since been taking on the world together. This young and spirited couple chose to have their engagement photos taken at Culver Academy, approximately an hour and a half away from Fort Wayne; who were we to deny them their perfect scenery? This couple’s love just made the campus more vibrant and created a beautiful setting in their lake engagement photos.
Alexis and Matt really made use of everything the campus had to offer. In front of the auditorium, they laughed as they tried to not fall into the fountain. On the lake, they used the boats to give them the uniqueness they were looking for. It felt as if at any moment, they would sail away to begin their lives together.
This fun couple was so easy to work with. They kept an open mind about the photo shoot and were willing to work with us to create some truly amazing photos. Some we kept classic and others we had a bit more fun with. They were an absolute delight to photograph!
We tend to do a lot of lake engagement sessions, and we absolutely love them! There are so many opportunities to use the water and landscape to make the photos truly extraordinary; every lake photo is different in its own way.
