Valerie and Josh are finally married! Despite planning their wedding during COVID-19, these two planned a super fun and safe day for family and guests. Read on to learn more about this Orchard Ridge Country Club wedding and see some (a lot) of our favorite photos!
The wedding ceremony was held at the beautiful St Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. This is where Valerie and her bridesmaids got ready for the big day! Valerie’s bridesmaids helped her get into her dress and helped her get ready for walking down the aisle! Josh and his groomsmen arrived to the church a little before the ceremony and hung out in a different part of the church! Valerie and Josh wanted to wait until the ceremony to see each other, so there was no first look! Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony.
Guests found their seats, then the wedding party walked down the aisle one by one. Josh patiently waited for his bride! Valerie and her dad walked down the aisle towards Josh. Valerie’s dad joined her and Josh’s hands and gave her away. After a real and sweet message of love and unity from Father Jay, Valerie and Josh exchanged vows, rings, and a kiss! The two were officially married!
After the ceremony, we took a family portraits inside the church and then a few outside of the church as well. We headed to the beautiful Lakeside Rose Gardens for more photos after. It was so beautiful and sunny on their wedding day – We could not have asked for more beautiful weather! After spending some time at the gardens, Valerie and Josh wanted to take a moment to see Valerie’s mom’s grave. She passed away a few years ago. They took time to say hi to her and pray. It was bitter sweet and meant the world to them to do this on their wedding day.
The reception was held at the awesome Orchard Ridge Country Club. While dinner and toasts were on the inside, the reception itself was outside under a tent on the patio! After toasts, dinner, and cake cutting, everyone headed outside for music, dancing, and fun! Around sunset, we took Valerie and Josh out on to the golf course for some dreamy golden hour photos! Those are probably some of our favorites from the day.
We loved capturing this sweet Orchard Ridge Country Club wedding. To Valerie and Josh, we wish you guys good health and happiness on this new path of marriage! We love you guys!

Victoria and brennen are married! These two tied the knot at the beautiful Victory Life Church in New Haven, Indiana. Read on to learn more about this sweet Orchid Event Center wedding and see some of our favorite photos and moments from the day!
The day started at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. This is where everyone got ready for the big day and where Victoria and Brennen had their first look! After Victoria’s bridal look was complete, we took her and Brennen outside for their first look. It was so sweet! Naturally, this led into a portrait session with the soon-to-be newlyweds! Before leaving for Victory Life Church, we photographed the wedding party and were even able to take some beautiful family photos in this time (The property of the seminary is so beautiful. There is so much to photograph including some gorgeous weeping willows and tree lined paths and ponds too! It’s seriously awesome.) After photos at the seminary, we headed to the church to get ready for the ceremony!
The ceremony was stunning, and that’s an understatement. The aisle was lined with beautiful greenery and candles, while the ceremony stage had a geometric arch decked out with fresh jewel toned florals by the amazing crew at Bridal Blooms in Fort Wayne (Instagram: @BridalBloomsFW). It was probably one of the most beautiful floral arch we’ve seen! After family and guests found their seats, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, and ring bearers made their way down the aisle. Before you knew it, Victoria and her dad were walking down the aisle! During the ceremony, a video of Victoria’s Grandpa, Grandpa Love, was shared. Because of the virus, he couldn’t be at the wedding for risk of getting it. So rather, he shared a sweet message to his Granddaughter Victoria and his new Grandson Brennen. He could not have been more proud of the two of them. After the sweet video, Victoria and Brennen tied a cord of three strands, exchanged vows and rings, and kissed! They were officially husband and wife.
After the ceremony, we moved the gorgeous floral arch outside the church for more family photos! It was too pretty not to photograph with. Then we headed to the reception at the awesome Orchid Event Center, just minutes away. When guests arrived, they all headed to the outdoor pavilion for cocktail hour. A little while later, the hall was opened to guests and family. Everyone found their seats inside the event center and the wedding party made their entrances! The toasts were sweet as can be and dinner was delicious. The tables were also decked out in stunning florals and sweet modern decor. It really was picture perfect! Victoria worked at the Orchid Event Center, so both Victoria and Brennen are super close with the owners family (photographed below)! It was so special for them to have their wedding at a place so important to them.
After dinner, everyone headed outside to the pavilion again for the remainder of the reception. There was a fun donut wall, a ton of beautifully decorated cupcakes, and a stunning cake with flowers! Guests found seats and watched the first dances. The most memorable part of the first dances was that Victoria’s sister got to dance with their dad. She never got to dance with her dad at her wedding, so this was an incredibly emotional surprise for her. Half way through Victoria’s dance with her dad, she pulled her sister out to the dance floor. It was so sweet!
This Orchid Event Center Wedding was absolutely beautiful. We loved capturing Victoria and Brennen’s big day and witnessing the two of them get married. We wish you both nothing but good healthy and lots of happiness as you start this new path of marriage together.

Josilyn and all of her special ladies got ready at the Empyrean and spent the morning hanging out and doing their hair and makeup! Once they were all ready, Josilyn’s mom helped her into her dress, then she did a first look with her bridesmaids – Yes, it was adorable! Brandon and his guys got ready in another room on the other side of the venue! Once everyone was ready, it was ceremony time!
The ceremony space is stunning – There are near floor to ceiling windows all around the whole space with gorgeous views of downtown Fort Wayne. Guests and family found their seats, then pairs of bridesmaids and groomsmen made their way down the aisle. Josilyn and Brandon exchanged vows and rings, then kissed! They were officially husband and wife.

Sophia & Brenden are married! These two were originally planning their wedding for 2021. As they were planning, they decided to move their wedding to 2020 thinking “why wait?”. Well, then the pandemic hit and things got a little crazy. Luckily for Sophia and Brenden and their awesome families, these two were still able to get married and have a super sweet wedding day full of family and love. Read along for more details about this Allen County Coliseum wedding and see some of our favorite photos!
The day started at County Line Church, Sophia & Brenden’s home church, in Auburn Indiana. Sophia and her awesome group of bridesmaids got ready together while wearing matching custom monogrammed pink robes! After everyone’s hair and makeup was complete, all of the bridesmaids got dressed. Sophia’s beautiful dress was from the amazing One Fine Day Bridal and Gown Boutique in Fort Wayne. Sophia’s mom and sister helped her into the dress and helped with final details of the jewelry and veil. After some sweet bridal portraits, it was time for Sophia to have a first look with her dad and brother! After these sweet moments with family, it was only appropriate to grab some family photos and bridal party portraits too. Sophia got to have a moment with her Grandpa too before the ceremony which was so heartwarming!! After spending some time capturing Sophia in the morning, we took some photos of Brenden in another part of the church. We used the time prior to the ceremony to get some photos of his family and groomsmen! Before we knew it, it was ceremony time! Did we mention the flowers by Rose’s Bouquets!
Guests found their seats and family began to walk down the aisle towards the front. Next, pairs of bridesmaids and groomsmen made their way down the aisle and up onto the stage. After the sweet flower girl’s stellar performance of tossing rose petals, Sophia and her dad walked down the aisle towards Brenden and their pastor. Sophia and Brenden did a foot washing ceremony to represent their new service in their marriage, exchanged vows and promises, then kissed! Sophia and Brenden were officially husband and wife!
After the ceremony, guests and family met outside under the covered entrance of the church where hugs and hellos were exchanged. After some fun family photos, we captured the full wedding party, then headed to the First Assembly of God for more photos. Sophia loved the idea of taking photos with the ivy-covered walkway there. After some portraits of the newlyweds there, we all took a trolley ride over to Johny Appleseed Park for a few more photos, then it was time for the reception!
Sophia and Brendon’s reception was held at the awesome Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. The spacious room gave guests plenty of space to be safe during this time! After everyone found their seats, Sophia’s dad gave an awesome and very sweet toast. As parents now, we get pretty choked up when there are sweet/emotional parent/kid moments – We know that’ll be us someday! The rest of the evening was full of dancing and celebrating and so many laughs.
It was such an honor to capture this sweet couple’s wedding! Sophia and Brenden were such a happy and easy-going couple. We loved capturing their Allen County Coliseum wedding and loved getting to know them through the planning process even more. We hope you guys love your wedding photos for years to come! Thanks for trusting us to capture your most special day and including us in all the fun. Love you guys!

Cassie and Matt are married! The days’ events were all held at the incredible Punch Films, an industrial wedding venue just north of downtown Fort Wayne. It was an incredible day and we loved capturing it. Read on to hear about some details from their big day and see some of our favorite photos…
Cassie and her girls spent the morning getting their hair and makeup done. Punch films had several smaller rooms that were perfect for getting ready! After hair and makeup, Cassie put her dress on! Each of Cassie’s bridesmaids helped with her veil, shoes, jewelry, and more. After finalizing her full bridal look, Cassie had a first look with her dad – It was so sweet! While the girls got ready, the guys arrived already fully ready to go! Their grey suits matched so nicely with the bridesmaids’ dusty rose dresses. After everyone was ready, we got some photos inside of Cassie and her bridesmaids, then photos of Matt with his groomsmen. Before we knew it, it was ceremony time!
The ceremony location was stunning! Every part of the space had white painted brick, with natural light coming through the warehouse-like windows. It was a beautiful space. At the front, where the ceremony took place, was a geometric archway adorned in gorgeous greenery and flowers by Rose’s Bouquets, a wedding only florist in Fort Wayne. Check it out in the photos below! The ceremony began shortly after all the guests found their seats. One by one, pairs of bridesmaids and groomsmen, family members, and Matt walked down the aisle to find their places. Then Cassie walked out from behind the white curtains with her dad and made her way down the aisle. After some sweet vows and an exchange of rings, they kissed and were married!
After the ceremony and during cocktail hour, we got family portraits and wedding party photos knocked out, then we took Cassie and Matt down to Promenade Park for some photos of just the newlyweds! It was a hot summer day, but luckily there was a nice breeze and shade to shelter everyone from the Indiana summer heat. After portraits, we headed back to Punch Films for the reception! The wedding party made their entrances, then Cassie and Matt made their grand entrance as husband and wife! There was a cute cutting, toasts, first dances, and lots and lots of dancing and celebrating!
We had a blast capturing this beautiful wedding day (safely with masks of course)! Punch Films was an incredible location to capture a wedding. Cassie and Matt, we wish you both years of happiness, love, and good health!

Meet Katie & Andrew! This was our first wedding back since Indiana began opening things up. Luckily for everyone involved, these two were able to have the wedding they had originally planned. Read on for details about this sweet Pine Hills Church wedding…
Katie and Andrew got married at Pine Hills Church on the north side of Fort Wayne. We were super excited to learn that their ceremony would be held here because we have never photographed at this church before. The common thread and feel throughout their wedding day was “finally”. After being together for so many amazing years, friends and family were so excited because it just a long time coming. These two finally got to tie the knot, without even changing many wedding plans (… Thanks, COVID). The whole day was filled with a loving family and their awesome Son Jordan. It sure was one awesome day to photograph!
Because this was the first wedding back since things really started to open back up in Indiana, there were lots of nerves and anxiety all around. Katie and Andrew had originally thought they may have to postpone their wedding or change plans last minute. Thankfully their wedding date fell on the Saturday after opening – Everything could go as planned. They hosted the wedding reception at the beautiful Ceruti’s Banquet and Event Center on the Southwest side of Fort Wayne. This venue is really big, which was important to Katie and Andrew so guests could spread out and be comfortable during these trying times. Plus the space is super beautiful (fabric hanging from the ceilings and twinkly lights all around).
The wedding reception was a blast – lots of dancing, lots of really good food, and all-around had a fun atmosphere! We are so happy to share this beautiful Pine Hills Church wedding. We loved capturing this wedding day and we’re so thankful that things are safely opening back up in our awesome home state! We hope you two enjoy your wedding photos for years to come.
P.s. Huge shout out to Big Burrito Creative for creating the most epic wedding video from Katie and Andrew’s wedding day! We’ve attached it below at the end of the photos!
