Oh, we are SO excited to share this one with you. Presenting Emerald and Nick, two of our newest newlyweds! We couldn’t wait for this Clear lake wedding, just like we couldn’t wait for their Clear Lake engagement session (CLICK ME)! This lake house wedding was to die for! Just look at the photos. We were Nick’s sisters’ wedding photographers too, so when we got the opportunity to take pictures at Emerald and Nick’s wedding, we were thrilled! We love when we get to see families again and work with awesome people.

Before we get in their awesome wedding, we’ve got to brag about our bride and groom really quick… These two know how to dress, as they are both passionate about fashion. It’s always so cool when our grooms wear something outside of the box. Nick had probably the coolest suit I had ever seen – Just look at it! It had a floral design on top of an already well designed navy suit – We’re kind of obsessed with his look! Of course though, no groom (or really awesome suit) can outshine the beauty of a bride on the wedding day! Emerald wore a beautiful satin and tulle mermaid gown with a deep, sweetheart neckline. It had a dainty jeweled belt with matching jeweled shoulder straps and a three tiered skirt bottom – She had custom touches added to her gown to make her dress perfect for their big day. These guys had a slam dunk for wardrobe. Needless to say, we loved it!

Nick and his groomsmen arrived by boat before the ceremony. Emerald and her bridesmaids spent the entire morning getting ready at Nick’s Family’s Clear Lake home, where the ceremony would later take place. As everyone was finishing up getting ready, Nick and his groomsmen arrived by boat to his family home. We took some family pictures outside and then it was ceremony time!

The ceremony was so beautiful! Since it was at Nick’s family lake home, the ceremony was right by the beach on their property: guests had a view of the beautiful couple and the beautiful lake. Nick hand made the wooden arch arbor used during the ceremony – it was so cool! Something really special about Emerald and Nick’s ceremony were their ring bearers… there were two of them, and they were dogs! Even they got to feel pretty on their owners’ big day – they wore floral rings around their necks. It was adorable! The two exchanged vows, kissed, and were married! We loved this Clear Lake wedding.

After taking some family portraits and getting group shots of the whole bridal party, we all hopped on their pontoon boat to head to the reception across the lake! It was kind of scary though because we had a lot of people on the boat – almost sunk! The reception was at the Clear Lake Yacht club, where everyone danced the night away! We even got to hear one of Nick’s own songs! We so enjoyed being a part of your wedding, Emerald and Nick. We hope you enjoy your photos for the years to come!
