Jena and Nate are married! Throughout our time as Fort Wayne wedding photographers, we have been able to shoot hundreds of weddings, but there’s always something special about a New Year’s Eve wedding. There’s a little bit more magic, hope for the future, and excitement surrounding the guests. Jena and Nate’s intimate indoor wedding ceremony was elegant and airy with twinkling lights, and minimalistic decor. The love felt throughout their day was palpable, we can’t wait to share!

Coyote Creek Golf Club Wedding Day

The couple opted to celebrate their New Year’s Eve wedding day at Coyote Creek Golf Club. In addition, the golf course owner is a family friend so the bride knew it was the perfect spot for their big day. Earlier in the day, the couple spent time getting ready with friends to celebrate. Jena is the sister-in-law of one of our associate photographers, Michele! Our team was filled with excitement all day. Jena spent time with her girls, while getting pampered before walking down the aisle. Her and her bridesmaids all wore matching monogrammed sweaters before getting in their gowns. Jena wore a super special custom dress featuring beautiful stars and tulle elements celebrating their holiday wedding day.

After the bridal party was dressed and ready it was time for a first look for bride and groom. Jena and Nate’s first look was emotional and so special. They were laughing, and just enjoying being in the moment together. Nate couldn’t stop smiling after seeing Jena in her gown, it was so sweet. We brought the drone out to film their big day, and ended up getting great footage, after it crashed! We got it back, but it was definitely a moment to remember.

New Year’s Eve Wedding Day

Surrounded by family and friends, Jena and Nate were married! Their indoor wedding ceremony was intimate and filled with magic. Just before the ceremony, we took the couple outdoors for some bridal portraits and fun with their bridal party. These are always a great way to get the party started and let everyone loosen up before the reception! Jena is a chiropractor so throughout the day Dustin had to keep his puns to a minimum, we didn’t think he could do it, but we stand corrected.

Above all, Jena and Nate’s chic holiday reception was perfect. Filled with the people they love most, great food and an even more amazing DJ. Throughout the evening, the couple danced the night away and spent time making memories with loved ones and friends alike.
