Meet Paige and Andrew!!
This lovely and laidback couple met in college and from there, they started a story all their own. Andrew asked Paige to marry him in Columbus, Ohio; what better way is there to photograph an engagement session than to go back to where it happened? As travel engagement photographers, we are always trying to capture the moments that mean the most to our clients.
We started our session under the bridge by the river in Bicentennial Park in downtown Columbus. Paige and Andrew probably came to this session thinking it was going to be simple. However, when we mentioned going under the bridge and not on it, they definitely thought we were a little crazy. Nonetheless, the photos turned out amazing, and their bold outfit choice really popped against the grey concrete.
We did many fun photos throughout our time together, even some of them where he proposed. To top it off, they were photobombed while posing along an ivy wall by two local children! The couple even invited them to join in on a couple of photos!
The wind was a bit unforgiving that day, but Paige was able to do an awesome job given the circumstances. We ended with an amazing landscape shot of the couple in front of the downtown Columbus skyline. They gave us every bit of love they have for each other, and it really shows in the photographs. They truly did turn out beautiful, just like them.
