Stacey & Josh // Downtown Winter Wedding

Remember Stacey and Josh from their super sweet downtown engagement session? Well they just got married! Before you see all of their wedding photos though, check out their engagement blog (CLICK ME). Now for details about this Downtown Winter Wedding…

Stacey and Josh had their ceremony at the beautiful Allen County Courthouse. Stacey got ready while surrounded by her favorite people! After Stacey’s bridal look was complete with jewelry and details and Josh finished getting ready, they patiently waited for their first look! They met at the top of the steps of one of the courthouse’s many beautiful staircases. They exchanged private vows and had a moment to themselves before photos and the ceremony.

Before the ceremony, we had some time for portraits! Of course, we had to take some in the courthouse – The architecture is so beautiful. Afterwards, we walked around downtown Fort Wayne for more photos! The wedding party celebrated at Jk O’Donnell Irish Ale house with some shots. Then it was time to head back over to the courthouse for the ceremony.

Guests found their seats and the ceremony began! Family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen made their way down the aisle. The adorable flower girl prepped the aisle with flower petals, then Stacey and her brother walked down the aisle towards Josh. Stacey and Josh quite literally tied the knot by performing knot tying during the ceremony. They kissed and were married!

After the ceremony, we took family portraits on the steps of one of the staircases at the courthouse, then headed over to the reception! There were lots of toasts, a super yummy selection of cheesecakes from Purple Mountain Cheese Cakes and Desserts, and a ton of dancing! Quattro Systems had guests on their feet and on the dance floor all night long! Stacey and Josh played the shoe game too which is always super fun.

We loved getting to capture this sweet downtown winter wedding. We hope you enjoy your wedding photos for years to come. We wish you both the best of luck with marriage and your new lives together!

Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn
