Tori and Derrek are married! This Indianapolis Wedding at the Willows Event Center was beyond stunning. From gorgeous floral arrangements to a warm sunny outdoor ceremony, this wedding was so sweet. Read on for more details from their big day and see some our favorite photos!

Tori and Derrek’s day started at the beautiful Willows Event Center in Indianapolis. We’ve photographer here in the past, but never in the ballroom. It was set up so beautifully, with light blue and white decor, and centerpieces made by Tori’s dad! Behind the ballroom reception hall were two getting ready spaces with a TON of natural light. These spaces are where the wedding party got ready for the day! After hair and makeup, Tori and her bridesmaids got dressed. Tori’s mom helped her into her dress. Then Tori did a first look with all of her beautiful bridesmaids, which naturally led into a sweet group hug and a bunch of “awww”s. Tori added her final getting ready details of shoes, jewelry, and other accessories, then she was ready for the ceremony! Derrek and his guys got ready in the other getting ready space. Once everyone was ready, we took each group out for some bridesmaids photos and groomsmen photos, then rested until the ceremony!

The ceremony had live musicians singing and playing instruments, making the outdoor ceremony so romantic. Tori’s dad even sang a song before the ceremony started. It was awesome. Once guests and family found their seats, pairs of bridesmaids and groomsmen walked down the aisle to their places. Then Tori’s dad escorted her down the aisle. Tori and Derrek’s eyes met and the rest.. well, was super super sweet. They were nothing but excited and over joyed with emotion and love. They put together a cross, took communion together, said their vows, exchanged rings, and kissed! Then they were officially husband and wife.

After the ceremony, we knocked out family photos and some wedding party photos, then had an awesome golden hour moment with sun peeking through the trees when we did the veil shots. They are pure magic! Check them out below.

The reception was great. The toasts were sweet and funny, the photo booth was poppin’, and the dancing went all evening long. We got to see one of our past couples at the wedding too, Danielle and Bernie (click here to see their sweet wedding day). While guests made their way outside to get sparklers for the sparkler exit, Tori and Derrek had one last dance, just the two of them in their empty reception hall. It was a sweet moment for the two of them to share at the end of their wedding day. After the song ended, they ran outside through the sparklers and got in Derrek’s dad’s yellow Corvette. Yeah, it was awesome!
