Victoria & Brennan // Orchid Event Center Wedding

Victoria and brennen are married! These two tied the knot at the beautiful Victory Life Church in New Haven, Indiana. Read on to learn more about this sweet Orchid Event Center wedding and see some of our favorite photos and moments from the day!

The day started at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. This is where everyone got ready for the big day and where Victoria and Brennen had their first look! After Victoria’s bridal look was complete, we took her and Brennen outside for their first look. It was so sweet! Naturally, this led into a portrait session with the soon-to-be newlyweds! Before leaving for Victory Life Church, we photographed the wedding party and were even able to take some beautiful family photos in this time (The property of the seminary is so beautiful. There is so much to photograph including some gorgeous weeping willows and tree lined paths and ponds too! It’s seriously awesome.) After photos at the seminary, we headed to the church to get ready for the ceremony!

The ceremony was stunning, and that’s an understatement. The aisle was lined with beautiful greenery and candles, while the ceremony stage had a geometric arch decked out with fresh jewel toned florals by the amazing crew at Bridal Blooms in Fort Wayne (Instagram: @BridalBloomsFW). It was probably one of the most beautiful floral arch we’ve seen! After family and guests found their seats, bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, and ring bearers made their way down the aisle. Before you knew it, Victoria and her dad were walking down the aisle! During the ceremony, a video of Victoria’s Grandpa, Grandpa Love, was shared. Because of the virus, he couldn’t be at the wedding for risk of getting it. So rather, he shared a sweet message to his Granddaughter Victoria and his new Grandson Brennen. He could not have been more proud of the two of them. After the sweet video, Victoria and Brennen tied a cord of three strands, exchanged vows and rings, and kissed! They were officially husband and wife.

After the ceremony, we moved the gorgeous floral arch outside the church for more family photos! It was too pretty not to photograph with. Then we headed to the reception at the awesome Orchid Event Center, just minutes away. When guests arrived, they all headed to the outdoor pavilion for cocktail hour. A little while later, the hall was opened to guests and family. Everyone found their seats inside the event center and the wedding party made their entrances! The toasts were sweet as can be and dinner was delicious. The tables were also decked out in stunning florals and sweet modern decor. It really was picture perfect! Victoria worked at the Orchid Event Center, so both Victoria and Brennen are super close with the owners family (photographed below)! It was so special for them to have their wedding at a place so important to them.

After dinner, everyone headed outside to the pavilion again for the remainder of the reception. There was a fun donut wall, a ton of beautifully decorated cupcakes, and a stunning cake with flowers! Guests found seats and watched the first dances. The most memorable part of the first dances was that Victoria’s sister got to dance with their dad. She never got to dance with her dad at her wedding, so this was an incredibly emotional surprise for her. Half way through Victoria’s dance with her dad, she pulled her sister out to the dance floor. It was so sweet!

This Orchid Event Center Wedding was absolutely beautiful. We loved capturing Victoria and Brennen’s big day and witnessing the two of them get married. We wish you both nothing but good healthy and lots of happiness as you start this new path of marriage together.

Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn

P.s. We loved getting to see Chelsea and Cori, one of our awesome couples! You may remember them from their amazing Cabo Mexico wedding last year.
