Teds Market // Chef Alex Robertson & Ryan Hawn

If these photos don’t make you hungry then you’re crazy.  Last sunday Chef Alex Robertson and Ryan Hawn invited me to taste some wonderful dishes inspired by some tasty California beers, how could I refuse. So naturally I brought along my camera and photographed this beautiful food porn that was set in front of me.   They served 5 dishes, each paired with a different delicious beer!  This was truly an incredible culinary experience. I love that Fort Wayne has more and more creative people thinking outside the box and bringing fun events like this to the people.  I also want to say something about the venue for this event, Ted’s Market, I had never been there but boy oh boy was it just awesome! Talk about a great space in a incredible area, Corynn is already trying to talk me into moving near by, especially if they keep partnering with Alex and Ryan for some of these pop up dinners.
