Spring is here, and we’re thrilled to be able to capture more incredible love, just like these two in downtown. These spring downtown Fort Wayne engagement session was such a blast, we got some visitors in this couple, they flew out just for their photos! Emily and Hayden are absolutely meant to be together, and bring out the best in one another. We just fell in love with them instantly!
Emily and Hayden flew out from the west coast to get their engagements taken, and it was such an honor. We love being able to work with couples like them, so laid back and genuinely good people. We were able to explore the fun that is downtown Fort Wayne, then went to the waterside, and lastly the bridge. Throughout their session it was important to show off the diversity of the city, and their fun-loving relationship.
First, we started their session downtown exploring the colorful murals found all throughout Fort Wayne. The artistic and colorful murals were a nice addition their spring downtown Fort Wayne engagement session. Emily and Hayden had a blast just being together, and were full of joy and laughter. We love, love! Later, we went to the waterside and one of our favorite bridges. It was fun to get some shots of them by the water since they are from the west coast.
After their spring downtown Fort Wayne engagement session, we went to the Landing Beer Company for some beers! Emily and Hayden are such a cool couple, and so fun to be around. They’re getting married later this summer, and we can’t wait. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Being Fort Wayne wedding photographers, we’ve had to learn to adapt to the weather changes throughout the year. Including snowy winters, which may intimidate some people – we love it! Throughout the winter season we love being able to showcase the beauty that can be found even in the coldest of temperatures. Sarah and Mitchell’s winter Fort Wayne Engagement session was a dream winter session. The snow played as the perfect setting for showcasing their love story.
Mitchell’s Family Farm – Winter Fort Wayne Engagement Session
When these two approached us about their engagement session we were so excited to be able to plan a winter session with them. Mitchell’s family owns a family farm, and we headed there for their snowy winter Fort Wayne engagement session. Throughout their session these two were filled with so much love and fun. Mitchell showed us some pretty perfect spots for their session and we even incorporated some of the farm’s architecture as a way to honor the family history there. It was a dream!
Later we went back to their home on the farm for some cozy hot chocolate pictures on the porch. Having a variety of spots for their session was just what we love to work with. It creates a whole new vibe for their shoot, while still maintaining the overall feel of the day. It was a perfect time to take a break from being in the winter snow. These two were such troopers and handled the cold so well, but you could tell they were relieved when it was time to warm up!
After some hot chocolate Sarah and Mitchell had an epic snowball fight, such a great way to end the day. We absolutely loved working with Sarah and Mitchell. The snowball fight was a great way to showcase their fun loving personalities. If you’re planning your engagement session and worried about the winter weather – don’t be! Although it was a little chilly, the pictures still turned out great.

Introducing Monica & Brent! They rocked their Metea County Park engagement session. From their casual to formal outfit changes. As well as their fun-loving personalities. We had an absolute blast getting to know them and capture their love story. And we are so excited to share more with you!
We actually went to high school with Monica – how fun is that? That connection made us extra pumped to capture their engagement photos. These two drove from Ohio to Fort Wayne for their Metea County Park engagement session, which we are so grateful for! They met us at Metea Park, where we walked all around to get those beautiful fall photos. Monica added an adorable hat to a few photos which looked so cute!
Then, they changed into even more dapper outfits. Monica wore a stunning red dress which totally pops in photos! We found a pond and walked in for some gorgeous photos with the water. The sun started to set, creating a gorgeous sunset background for their photos! It was breathtaking.
Monica & Brent’s Metea County Park engagement session was beautiful. We are so excited for their wedding next summer in Ohio! Until then, happy planning!

Meet Carolyn & Kyle! We absolutely love working with these two. They were so much fun to be around and so easy to photograph. Their Saint Francis engagement session was sophisticated and dreamy in every way! And we’re excited to share more with you.
Carolyn does make up for Red Stiletto, who is one of our favorite onsite wedding people! We love their effortless beauty looks and how they highlight the beauty in every bride with natural looks. Kyle is in the military, and we are so thankful for his service. Talk about a power couple! These two are so sweet with each other and make the perfect pair!
After their first engagement session got rained out, we lucked out with a gorgeous day. We met our couple at the beautiful University of Saint Francis campus. There are so many great photo spots around this campus! The buildings are exquisite and the landscaping is gorgeous! It makes for great natural backgrounds. We found an adorable bridge to capture photos on, and then got some amazing sunset photos of our couple!
Carolyn & Kyle’s Saint Francis engagement session was such a blast. They are getting married next fall at Union 12 and we cannot wait to see them again. Until then, happy planning!

Meet Lucy & Zach! Their Lakeside Rose Garden engagement was so precious. This bubbly pair crushed their engagement session and made it so enjoyable. We are so pumped to share their photos and more with you!
These Boilermakers marched their way into each other’s hearts about two years ago. Their love story started right in the heartbeat of Purdue University – the Purdue “All-American” Marching Band! Though they currently reside in Indianapolis, they came up to Fort Wayne to do their engagement session with us, and we couldn’t have been more excited.
We started our session out at the beautiful Lakeside Rose Garden. There are so many gorgeous photo spots here – this place is truly a Fort Wayne gem! Our couple looked absolutely adorable everywhere we went. The love between Lucy & Zach is so undeniable and so pure. This is why we love what we do!
While we were capturing our engaged couple at Lakeside, we witnessed another proposal! Love was definitely in the air that evening. After we photographed our couple there, we traveled to Promenade Park to take those essential sunset pictures! We captured photos of Lucy & Zach on the tree-top canopy trail that wraps around the park. These two were naturals and so fun to photograph. And we can’t miss talking about their outfits! Lucy & Zach had a few outfit changes, and each was so great! We love when our couples coordinate their stylish outfits. These two looked dynamite the entire night!
We had a blast capturing Lucy & Zach’s Lakeside Rose Garden engagement session. These two are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and we are honored they chose us to be part of their love story. See you two next March, and until then, happy wedding planning!
Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn

Introducing Megan & Matt! We were lucky enough to have two different Fort Wayne engagement sessions with these two – one in the winter, and one in the spring! We had a great time capturing their love, and can’t wait for you to see the rest of their photos.
For Megan & Matt’s first session, we met up at Salomon Farms in the heart of the winter for a romantic snowy scenery. Snow sessions are always so beautiful! This first session was great but quick – we chose the coldest day of the entire year to take photos! The negative temperatures didn’t keep Megan & Matt down, though. They were troopers! After we snapped some beautiful winter photos, we decided to stay warm until the springtime…
Once spring hit, we had engagement session take two in the lovely downtown Fort Wayne! The spring flowers were blooming and beautiful, and our couple looked fabulous. We went around downtown to all the iconic spots, including Freimann Square, the Allen County Courthouse, and the Lincoln Tower gold doors. We also took some photos in front of a gorgeous greenery wall and in the breezeway downtown!
These two lovebirds will be tying the knot this fall (making for a photo session in almost every season!). Their wedding ceremony will be held at Holy Cross, with their reception to follow at Ceruti’s Catering. We are so excited to see them again!
Megan & Matt’s Fort Wayne engagement sessions were fantastic. We’ll see you two soon, and until then, we wish you the best with planning!
Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn
