Jennifer and Ryan are married! These two had the most special wedding day at the Barn on the Boundary. Before seeing their wedding photos though, you have to check out their engagement session – You can view all of those photos here (CLICK ME)!
Jennifer and Ryan’s wedding day was filled with friends, family, and all the feels. Every moment of the day seemed to spark emotion for all those around to witness these two make a lifelong commitment to each other. It was a very family oriented day down to every detail – They had family members involved during the ceremony and the reception. Jennifer’s dad even orchestrated this huge lineup of performances with an original song, bringing in the bridal party, friends of the family, and family members. This day was truly a celebration of love and the joining of two families.
We are so excited to share this beautiful wedding with you all – It was a wonderful day with wonderful people. We wish you guys the best of luck with marriage! Here’s to years of happiness and love! Thanks for letting us capture your big day!

WOW! We had an awesome 2018 season. Reflecting back on all of the weddings we did last year really made us think about how special and fun our job is! We get to meet so many awesome people, families, friends, and other vendors through these awesome things we call weddings. As we head full swing into our 2019 wedding season, we would just like to take the time to share some of our favorite shots from all of our wedding this past wedding season. So many memories, so many moments, so many amazing people! We hope you enjoy looking back on this entire year of weddings as much as we did. Which picture is your favorite? The photo above and left was taken at the beautiful and historic Embassy theatre. We love capturing our couples’ big days amidst the rich history of Fort Wayne! The venue above is the beautiful Fort Wayne Country Club! We love shooting here because of the beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff! This photo (above, left) was taken at the Allen County Courthouse. We love the architecture and the unique atmosphere it provides for wedding ceremonies. Pictured above/left is the beautiful Allen County Courthouse again! See what we mean when we say how the architecture is just amazing?
A few weeks back we had the exciting opportunity to partner with some of the most amazing vendors to create some stunning new images for a brand new venue in the area! The White Rose Event Center is just a few miles south of Fort Wayne, and is totally worth the drive. This venue boasts so much charm and character that you just won’t find anywhere else. We were lucky enough to partner with the Empyrean Events to help us create some fun scenes in this beautiful space. We also want to give a big thanks to Red Stilleto for always killing it on the Hair and Makeup, but also Autumn over at One Fine Day Bridal for bringing the most amazing gowns in town for us to photograph. Make sure you check out the photo of the CAKE, it was the bomb, created by the ever so talented Sassie Cakes. And of course huge thanks to our incredible models, you might not be able to tell in the images but it was like 17 degrees the day we did these…wee bit chilly 🙂
Check them out and let us know what you think

Meet Lily & Jace! You might recognize these lovebirds from there incredible engagement photos from the old GE campus, or from the fact that Lily was our incredible intern that helped keep the train on the tracks. Lily & Jace’s winter wedding was unbelievable. They got married at there childhood church just south of Fort Wayne, Emmanuel Community Church. We then endured some wintery weather for some incredible photos of these newlyweds. But in typical Lily fashion, she had lined up an indoor location for photos so that her and Jace’s nearest and dearest didn’t have to endure the cold for long. Check out the cool warehouse space we got to photograph in!!! From there we went to the historic Bakerstreet Train Station in downtown Fort Wayne for their amazing reception to dance the night away! I would love to write more but I think the photos speak for themselves, so start scrolling!!!
Lily & Jace surrounded themselves with some of the most amazing vendors to help pull this wedding off without a hitch!
Hair & Make-Up: Red Stiletto
Florals: Rose’s Bouquets

Jessica and Brandon are married! Remember them from their beautiful, summer engagement photos? If not, click here (CLICK ME) and read about all of the fun we had with them. Now for the details of this beautiful and merry Union 12 wedding…
Jessica and her bridesmaids spent all morning getting their hair and makeup done in the bridal suite of Union 12 – There is a little house that is part of the main facility that is perfect for brides and grooms to get ready in on their big day. After getting ready, Jessica put on her beautiful, bejeweled wedding dress! It was so detailed in all the right ways. Her bridesmaids wore dark red sequin dresses which matched the Christmas/holiday theme of the day perfectly – Jessica loves Christmas time! Jessica’s maid of honor spent the morning gathering letters and notes from the bridal party, family, and Brandon. All of the notes and letters were in a small book – She gave the book to Jessica as a sweet gift to hold on to forever – what a good way to remember the day! After getting completely ready for the wonderful day ahead, we took Jessica out on the paths behind Union 12 for the first look with her dad. Right after this father-daughter moment, Jessica had her first look with Brandon! Brandon was in awe of Jessica – It was an emotional moment for sure. I mean, just look at them? We took these two out on the beautiful property of Union 12 to take some photos of just the two of them before the ceremony. Let us tell you, Jessica knows how to work the camera! Both she and Brandon were so natural. Plus, these two laughed a lot… even at our bad jokes! You can easily tell just by being with these two for a few minutes that they make each other really happy. It started off not being too cold. Jessica and Brandon didn’t complain once about pictures outside. Jessica looked as if she had been modeling for years! After the sweet first looks and some camera action of the soon to be husband and wife, it was ceremony time!
The ceremony was outside on the patio of Union 12! By this time, it was pretty cold outside – even the Pastor joked with guests saying “gonna try to keep this brief because it’s freezing”! Despite the cold weather, there was nothing but warm feelings present at the ceremony. These two exchanged rings and vows, kissed, and we’re married! After the ceremony, we took wedding party photos, then it was time to party!
Jessica and Brandon knew everyone would be sick of meat and potatoes, so they catered in Mexican food for their reception! It was something different and totally hit the spot! Jessica made all of the table center decorations and decorated all of Union 12 in Christmas decorations. She loved the idea of having their anniversary be during a time of the year that she loved – and she loves Christmas! These guys had some great dance moves.
Union 12 is a really awesome venue for weddings because everything is in one location! The fact that we could do some late night photos of Jessica and Brandon by a beautiful stone firepit was really cool – You can’t do that anywhere else.
We loved getting to be a part of this special day and capture all of Jessica and Brandon’s love for each other. We hope you guys enjoyed your big day and enjoy looking back on photos of it. Best of luck to you guys!

Another one of our amazing Cincinnati Couples got married! Earlier this year, we did their engagement session too. You can read all about how we met Sarah and Ben and the awesome time we had with them here (CLICK ME)! Fun fact about these two… after being together for over 6 years, their first kiss was on their wedding day! Can you believe it? No wonder they were extra EXTRA excited. We love learning more about our brides and grooms, especially when it’s as fun and unique as that! These two were smitten all day! Now for the details…
Sarah started her big day by hanging out with her mom and bridesmaids at her and Ben’s NEW home. Everyone laughed, cheered, and got excited for the day all morning. When it came time to put the dress on, Sarah’s mom helped get her in. It was super sweet because Sarah had her bridesmaids turn around for a big reveal of her with her dress on. Her bridesmaids helped with the details of jewelry, the belt, and shoes! Sarah and her dad had a first look in the front yard of their home. It was super sweet and even more smiley! Sarah was radiating with joy all morning – it’s so obvious how happy she is in the photos!
Ben and his groomsmen met us at the park after we had finished taking pictures of Sarah and her bridesmaids at the same park (these two were doing their first look down the aisle, so no peeking)! Then it was ceremony time! Just like any wedding day, things get a little behind schedule – This didn’t bother Sarah or Ben at all! These two were just excited that they were getting married and got to celebrate with friends and family afterward! After a sweet ceremony and long-awaited first kiss, Sarah and Ben were married! We headed to a few spots downtown, and of course, the beautiful Cincinnati Bridge for pictures of the newlyweds. Then it was time for the reception.
Sarah and Ben brought in a wonderful band who played awesome swing/dance music all evening long – It was extra special because her grandfather was playing in the band too! The venue they chose actually used to be an old church! It was converted into a reception hall. Talk about an epic location! There were toasts, laughs, cake cutting, and lots and LOTS of dancing. In case you missed our blog post on their engagement session, these two are professional dancers! Again, you can view that here (CLICK ME)! Half way through the reception, Sarah went in a back room and came out in a knee length wedding dress! It was such a fun surprise – only a few people knew the secret to her long removable skirt on her dress. I guess it would be pretty hard to dance in a heavy, floor length gown (especially with how these two professionals dance)!
This was a beautiful wedding to be a part of – We have loved getting to know you two through your dancing (at a different wedding we took photos at), through your engagement session, and now, your wedding day. After weddings like these, we feel like we have made some lifelong friends. We hope you guys had a wonderful wedding day. We wish you guys the best of luck on this new path called marriage!
