Kelly & Ryan are married! Their Chicago wedding was definitely one to remember. These two were awesome to work with and we are so honored they chose us to help capture their day. We’re so excited to share these stunning photos with you!

We arrived on wedding day morning in downtown Chicago and met our couple at the gorgeous Hotel Allegro. Upon arrival, we photographed Kelly and her girls as they got ready for the day. Kelly had an adorable personalized robe and bride cup for the morning! Diem Angie Agency did our bride’s beautiful hair and makeup, ensuring she was wedding-ready! Kelly looked amazing in her gorgeous dress from Dimitra’s Bridal Couture. Then, over to the guys we went! Once Ryan and his groomsmen were ready for the day, we took them outside and got photos of them with the infamous Chicago skyline in the background. These men looked dapper in their tuxes from Formally Modern Tuxedo!

After taking photos of the guys, Kelly headed outside for a dreamy first look with her soon-to-be hubby. With this setting – this first look will be hard to beat! Kelly & Ryan are so adorable and their love for each other is so evident. Their wedding party then joined in for photos. We had the opportunity to take a few pictures with clear umbrellas – who doesn’t love a good clear umbrella shot?! These can add some fun to your photos. We then traveled back to the hotel for Kelly’s first look with her dad. Another sweet moment! She had a beautiful first look with her dad, and then, it was time for him to give her away.

Their guests arrived and took their seats and Ryan made his way to the altar. Kelly’s dad walked her down and handed her off to her future hubby. And away they went to be wed! Through their beautiful ceremony in which they exchanged vows and rings, heard from family members, and kissed, they were pronounced husband & wife! Following their ceremony, we found a perfect spot in the hotel for their lovely family photos. We then went outside the hotel as well to capture more wedding party and couple portraits. This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and made for spectacular photos!

Then, it was time to head back inside to party! The reception space was beautifully decorated with florals by Flowers by Stem. The wedding party and Kelly & Ryan made their grand entrances, followed by the sweetest toasts. After that, it was time for our couple to cut their wedding cake! Kelly & Ryan’s breathtaking wedding cake was done by Vanille Patisserie. You’ve got to check out this cake! This amazing cake had the Chicago skyline wrapped around the bottom layer. It was almost too pretty to eat!

Once they cut their cake, it was time to take the dance floor for the beloved first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. Then, their guests joined them on the dance floor and danced the night away, with the help of their awesome live band, the Bluewater Kings Band! To end the night, we had to take Kelly & Ryan outside one final time to capture night photos of them with the incredible lit-up city skyline in the background.

Kelly & Ryan’s Chicago wedding was so memorable and so touching. We are so excited for these two newlyweds, and can’t thank them enough for letting us be part of their big day!
