Megan & Jonathan are married! Their Chicago wedding was so lovely and intimate. We were truly honored to capture their wedding, and can’t wait to share more with you…

We traveled to the windy city for Megan & Jonathan’s big day, and it did not disappoint! Chicago weddings are always a favorite of ours. We met our couple in the city and started taking getting-ready photos of our bride and her bridesmaids. Once they were all ready for the day, it was time for the first look! Jonathan waited outside, and his bride Megan walked up behind him, placed her hand on his shoulder, and he spun around to see his gorgeous soon-to-be wife for the first time! The look of pure joy on their faces made our hearts so happy.

Our couple coordinated their colors so well. They had adorable touches all throughout! Megan & Jonathan both wore Converse – so cool! Their yellow and red Converse shoes matched their flowers perfectly. Plus, look at Megan’s bouquet! Megan and her bridesmaids’ flowers were so unique and fun. We stayed outside to capture photos of our couple and their wedding party and family.

The time finally came for them to stand at the altar and become husband and wife. Megan & Jonathan’s ceremony and reception were both held at Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro. This restaurant provided a wonderful, intimate space for them to celebrate with their friends and family. It was perfect for Megan & Jonathan! After they were pronounced husband and wife, the party started! There were amazing speeches, a beautiful cake cutting, and awesome dance moves all around! Before the night ended, we snuck outside with our couple and photographed them with the gorgeous lights outside.
