Rachel and Jonathan both got ready at the beautiful St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bluffton, IN. Of course, these two wanted to wait until the ceremony to see each other! Rachel got ready with her bridesmaids and Jonathan with his groomsmen. Once Rachel’s hair and makeup was done, her mom and bridesmaids helped into her dress! After all the final details and jewelry were added (a girl’s gotta sparkle on her wedding day), it was time for Rachel to have her first look with her dad. Yes, there were tears. Yes, there were very happy smiles. And yes, there was a lot of love in that room! While Rachel was getting ready, so was Jonathan! His dad and other groomsmen got ready in another part of the church. After his mother helped him with his boutineer, it was time to rest a little before the ceremony!

The ceremony was beautiful! The aisles were lined with floral arrangements and guests filled the pews. All were waiting in anticipation for Rachel to walk down the aisle! The ceremony music began. Pair by pair, bridesmaids and groomsmen walked down the aisle. Soon enough, it was Rachel’s turn! As she walked down, Jonathan showed nothing but excitement and happiness that the moment was finally here! After some sweet vows, prayers, and a first kiss, Rachel and Jonathan were married! They kissed again and walked back down the aisle. After the bridesmaids and groomsmen walked down, Rachel and Jonathan greeted guests row by row. After saying hi to everyone, these two had an epic exit!

Family portraits were after the ceremony, as well as wedding party portraits! The Orchard Ridge Country Club offered so many beautiful locations on its property. With the flowers in bloom, we just had to take full advantage of the scenery during the portrait time. After group portraits, we took Rachel and Jonathan to different places around the property. As you can tell from the portraits, it was absolutely beautiful there. If we had a favorite location there, it would definitely be the gardens that we stopped by on our way to the reception. It was a very romantic space – Rachel and Jonathan could have some quiet moments in between the craziness of a wedding day here. These portraits were fun and oh so romantic.

After all the other events of the wedding day, it was finally time to relax, hang out, and most importantly, dance! There were toasts, an awesome round of the “Shoe Game”, a garter toss, a bouquet toss, and lots and lots of dancing! It was so fun to see Rachel and Jonathan so happy, relaxed, and fun! This was an energetic group of people – Everyone was dancing and having a good time. Thanks for letting us be a part of this super fun Orchard Ridge Country Club Wedding- We wish you nothing but happiness as you both start this awesome journey of marriage!
