Amidst the hairspray mist and makeup magic, there was a feast fit for royalty, starring Natalie’s legendary “Poppy’s” secret recipe chocolate cake. Who says you can’t start a wedding day with dessert?! Behind the scenes, Natalie’s cousin Michelle took charge. She was the maestro orchestrating the symphony of festivities.

 

Veil Rescue and Church Vows:

The Mother of the Bride emerged as the unsung hero, saving the day by dashing home just before the ceremony to retrieve Natalie’s veil. The ceremony at St John Chrysostom Church, located on the north side of town, was a poignant exchange of vows, witnessed by family and friends. Rooted in tradition, the ceremony embraced timeless customs that added a sacred touch to Natalie and Allen’s union.

 

Autumnal Beauty at Concordia Seminary:

For wedding portraits, the couple chose the picturesque Concordia Seminary, surrounded by the vibrant hues of fall foliage. The backdrop mirrored the rich tapestry of Natalie and Allen’s love, capturing the essence of the season and the beginning of a new chapter.

 

Catered Feast and Dance Floor Antics:

The Bergstaff turned into a culinary haven with Cerutis serving up delights fit for royalty. DJ Dubs cranked up the volume, turning the dance floor into a scene from a blockbuster. The cigar bar at the reception was a nod to the bride’s late uncle and Godfather. In his honor, guests savored cigars, creating a bittersweet ambiance that celebrated his memory in a style as unique as he was.

 

Nighttime Magic:

Natalie and Allen, the dream team for photographers, slipped away for some outdoor pictures under the star-studded sky. Their easygoing nature and radiant love turned the nighttime photoshoot into a magical moment that would be etched in the album of their memories.
