Sarah & Mike // Wells Street Bridge Wedding

Sarah & Mike are married! Their Wells Street Bridge wedding was so precious and heartwarming. We loved being part of this downtown Fort Wayne wedding day, and can’t wait for you to see more…
We started the day by taking those beloved getting-ready photos, along with photos of our bride with her bridesmaids and our groom with his groomsmen. While we were photographing our bride and groom, their friends and family started arriving to enjoy their big day with them. As guests arrived, they walked through Sarah & Mike’s love journey via signs they had set up! We loved this sweet personal touch.
Everyone was in place, and it was time for Sarah to walk down the aisle to her future husband! Live musicians played during their ceremony – how romantic! Sarah & Mike had a unity sand ceremony, signifying their two families coming together as one. Following their exchange of vows, rings, and kisses, they were announced husband and wife!
Once the two were pronounced one, we headed to Promenade Park’s tree-top canopy trail to take photos of our couple. We love this spot – it has a great view of our city, while also being submerged in nature! We continued photographing Sarah & Mike on the Wells Street Bridge and under the Promenade Park Pavilion. And, of course, sunset photos. These two were so genuine and fun, making our jobs easy!
After the ceremony, we moved to the Promenade Park Pavilion for toasts, food, and cake. Talk about food… Club Soda catered the dinner, and it was absolutely delicious! The Pavilion was a fabulous venue for their reception. We absolutely love their setup!
Later, we returned to the Wells Street Bridge for dancing. It was hot (so hot, Mike got a sunburn!) but they still knew how to party. A bubble machine brought even more fun to the party, and to the pictures! We love their first dance photos with the added joy of bubbles. They danced the night away with their friends and family and had a blast on their special day!
Start your engines because Sarah & Mike rented a Mustang as their getaway vehicle! They were so excited about riding off in this car (let’s be honest, who wouldn’t be?!). We knew we had to capture this moment for them. They look awesome posed in front of their cool car!
We are so happy for Sarah & Mike and wish them all the best in their marriage. We were honored to be part of their Wells Street Bridge wedding!
Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn
