It was beyond worth the drive from Fort Wayne to photograph these two’s Pigeon Forge Tennessee wedding. Read on to learn more about Erin and Nathan and see our favorite wedding photos…

When we got the call from Erin to capture her and Nathan’s wedding, we were stoked! Fun fact, we captured both Nathan’s sister’s wedding and Nathan’s brother’s wedding (CLICK ME). So when we got the call to photograph Erin and Nathan’s wedding, we were so happy! Now all three Pritchard sibling weddings have been photographed by us. It just feels.. complete! Which is yet another reason we loved this wedding. It was so great seeing the Pritchard family again and meet Erin’s family too.

Erin and Nathan were originally going to have a destination wedding, but, as you may have guessed, COVID changed plans. Erin and Nathan decided to get married a little closer to home, but also wanted gorgeous scenery. The Smokey Mountains are just that! On the morning of the wedding, everyone got ready at Parkside Resorts, a stunning mountain cabin resort. (We loved them so much that we even booked one for our family vacation next year!) We’ll let the pictures do the talking for how gorgeous they are…

The wedding ceremony and reception took place at Mountain Mist Farms, a mountain top farm venue with views of the Great Smokey Mountains. Just steps below the barn, there was Erin and Nathan got married right as the sun began to set over the mountains – It was quite literally picture perfect! After the ceremony, we took family photos with the remainder of the sunlight, then took some portraits of the newly weds. The mountains for so dreamy to photograph in and so different from the cornfields we’re used to in Indiana.

The reception was awesome! Twinkly white lights hung from the ceiling, delicious foods were served, and yes, there were some hilarious toasts given. The night was filled with love, laughter, and you guessed it, dancing! Instead of serving traditional wedding cake, the sweet treat at the end of the night were pies.

Capturing Erin and Nathan’s wedding was so sweet. Having worked with this family so much, the whole day was just easy going and fun. We could not have asked for better weather or better people to photograph. Thank you guys for choosing us to capture your special day in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. We wish you two nothing but love and happiness with your new lives as newly weds. Best of luck to the both of you!!

Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn
