Molly and Nick are married! Feels like we were photographing their engagement session just yesterday. This Union 12 wedding was a blast! The people, the venue, and this awesome couple made every aspect of this wedding so fun. Before you read about their wedding day though, you have to read about their sweet engagement session with us. You can view all of their photos and read about their session here (CLICK ME)! Now that you’ve their engagement session, you can read all their wedding details. Get ready…
The day started with Molly and Nick getting ready with their wedding party; Molly with her bridesmaids and Nick with his groomsmen. Union 12 offers a beautiful getting ready location to all their brides and grooms! It has several getting ready areas, lots of windows for natural light, and is conveniently located on the property. After Molly and her bridesmaids popped some champagne and added final getting ready details, it was ceremony time!
Union 12 has a beautiful covered patio for the ceremony location. One by one, groups of bridesmaids and groomsmen walked down the aisle as Nick anxiously waited to see Molly. Once everyone was in place, Molly’s mom walked her down the aisle. As soon as their eyes met, both Molly and Nick were beaming with happiness! Their ceremony had a lot of laughs and funny moments – It was a fun celebration! After braiding the cord of three strands, Molly and Nick were pronounced husband and wife! They kissed, and with joy walked back down the aisle. This time as husband and wife!
After their ceremony, guests headed inside to the reception. Once family portraits were completed, we took the wedding part outside for some portraits! It was really hot and humid during this time, so we worked as quickly as possible to capture the moment and get everyone back in to the air conditioning! After portraits, there were toasts, cake cutting, dancing, photo booth action, and more! At the end of the night, we took some epic sunset photos – Just wait until you see the photos! We loved every bit of this Union 12 wedding. Working with this group of people was a blast – We loved getting to know Molly and Nick through the awesome process of getting married. We hope you enjoy your wedding photos for years to come! Best wishes to you both!
Cheers,
– Dustin & Corynn
Ceremony time! Look at Nick’s face when he sees Molly for the first time! Northeast Indiana weather could not make up it’s mind on Molly & Nick’s wedding day. It would be sunny one minute, and storming the next! Luckily, the majority of the day was blue skies and sunshine. We snapped the photo above right after a storm had passed. If you think this sky is epic, just wait until you see the sunset photo from the end of the night… See what we mean? This sunset was EPIC. Blue skies, to stormy skies, to gorgeous sunset skies. Molly and Nick had it all on their wedding day! (Also, Dustin was laying down on the soaking wet ground to get this epic shot – so worth it.) Molly and Nick also wanted a photobooth at their reception. We offer an additional service for our brides and grooms who are looking for a fun way to get their guest more involved in their wedding photos. We provide an awesome backdrop, additional staff to manage the booth, immediate printing of the photos, and fun props for the guests to use! You can see below how much fun Molly and Nick’s guests had with the photobooth add on.
